Send Map Location

To send a Map Location in the ride that was not created, joined or accepted by you, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app.
  2. On the “Home” screen choose an eligible day and a daypart (Morning or Afternoon). Tap the Daypart card to go to the “Daypart” screen. Switch between All, Offers, Requests tabs to see only offers, requests or both offers and requests.
  3. Choose and tap desirable offer or request ticket. You will go to the “Ride Offer” or “Ride Request” screen.
  4. Click Locations icon {icon} in the lower left corner of the screen near the message text input. You will go to the “Map” screen.
  5. Choose a location on the map. You can switch between “Map” or “Satellite” mode with the layers button {icon}. To choose location:
    • Drag the map to drop a pin.
    • Type an address in the input. You can choose your address from the auto suggestion list.
    • Click Current location button {icon} to choose your current place.
  6. Click Send button at the bottom of the screen to send map. Click Cancel button to leave screen without sending.

After sending your map will be displayed in the “Messages Area”.
 

To send a Map Location in your ride (created, joined or accepted by you), follow these steps:

  1. Open the app.
    • On the “Home” screen tap your created, joined or accepted Offer / Request ticket under the Daypart card. You will go to the “Ride Offer” or “Ride Request” screen.
    • Or choose an eligible day and a daypart (Morning or Afternoon). Tap the Daypart card to go to the “Daypart” screen. Switch to Mine tab to see only your created, joined or accepted Offers and Requests. Choose and tap desirable offer or request ticket. You will go to the “Ride Offer” or “Ride Request” screen.
  3. Click Locations icon {icon} in the lower left corner of the screen near the message text input. You will go to the “Map” screen.
  4. Choose a location on the map. You can switch between “Map” or “Satellite” mode with the layers button {icon}. To choose location:
    • Drag the map to drop a pin.
    • Type an address in the input. You can choose your address from the auto suggestion list.
    • Click Current location button {icon} to choose your current place.
  5. Click Send button at the bottom of the screen to send map. Click Cancel button to leave screen without sending.

After sending your map will be displayed in the “Messages Area”.
