Setting Pick-up Time for Riders

If you selected Time range option for Pick-up Time of your ride offer, you should set exact pick-up time within your time interval for each rider who joined your offer.

To set exact pick-up time for riders joined, follow these steps:

1. On the “Home” screen tap your Offer ticket under the Daypart card. You will go to the “Ride Offer” screen.
2. In the Participant Details click Set Pick-up Time button near each rider joined.
3. Select exact pick-up time in the drop-down list. Click Set Pick-up Time to finish or Cancel to set time later.
